Account Manager:
The account manager is responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction with assigned VMI accounts. He or she will maintain contact with all purchasing influences at the customer’s and, working with the Senior Vice President — Major Accounts, will appropriately allocate FASTCO resources to the customer. The account manager will work with Purchasing and other departments to assure that FASTCO meets all contractual commitments to the customer while conserving company resources. He or she will work according to the policies and procedures of the company.
